About the Job:

FBC typically welcomes about 30+ young people to the student ministry on Wednesday nights. Over the past year, more students have begun to see FBC as their home, and growth is expected to continue, with a large and vibrant children’s ministry feeding into the youth program. A committed team of youth volunteers happily supports this ongoing effort, ensuring everyone feels included, valued, and willing to help the next leader execute their vision. Additionally, the church approves a healthy budget for the minister to oversee programming for the student ministry.

A talented and dedicated team of volunteers leads the music program. The music team is comprised of various instrumentalists who play on a rotation basis; however, part of the job involves giving direction, plugging into the rotation, and possibly leading on occasion, which would give our volunteer leaders a break.
